Woman Claims Ex-Husband Is Stalking Her; He Tells Very Different Story

Freddie and Jennifer have been divorced for nearly four months, but Jennifer claims her ex is still obsessed with her and refuses to let her go.

"My ex-husband Freddie is controlling, abusive, psychotic and delusional," says Jennifer in the video above. "In Freddie's mind, we are still married. Freddie has become my stalker. There hasn't been a single day that Freddie doesn't show up at my house unannounced."

She claims that he has called hundreds of times in one week, and that she recently hung up a curtain to keep him from trying to look into her home. "Freddie is always accusing me of cheating on him ... He told my 6-year-old daughter to check my body for signs of me having sex," she says, fighting tears. "Freddie told me if I ever dated another man, he would rip their head off.”

Jennifer admits that she abuses pain pills but says she only does so to cope with Freddie’s alleged behavior and says, “My greatest fear is that Freddy can snap at any moment ... He's told me that he doesn't believe in divorce. It's ‘til death do us part. We'll be married until one of us dies."

Freddie denies all of his ex-wife’s allegations and tells a very different story. He claims the only reason Jennifer divorced him is because of her prescription pain medication abuse, and he says she is not thinking clearly. “If she was in her right mind and told me she didn't want to be with me, I would move on. But she's not in her right mind. She's a total mess and a shipwreck,” he says.

Freddie says he's fighting to rekindle their relationship and stops by regularly to help her out. "I bring her food so she doesn't have to cook for the kids; I bring her money; I pay all the bills. We are divorced but basically, everything is the same."

He adds, "I haven't been able to move on from this divorce because I love her with all my heart. I really think we can make things work. I still wear my wedding band on my right hand as a symbol of hope."

The couple admits their children are caught in the middle of the turmoil. Dr. Phil reads a recent note from their 6-year-old — will it be a wake-up call for both of them? Watch here.
