Dug out from National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) archives, the collection will feature ghazals and thumris recorded in 1973 at the (NCPA) Studios, and features the legendary Ustad Sultan Khan on sarangi and Mohammed Ahmed Khan on tabla.
The record company that has previously released rare and unheard recordings of music artistes such as Pandit Jasraj, Bismillah Khan, Rashid Khan, Kumar Gandharva and Hariprasad Chaurasia, among others will make these compositions available globally on CDs, LPs and digital formats.
