The Royals have performed an outfielder swap, sending Terrance Gore to the minors and promoting Reymond Fuentes.
Gore received no at-bats after his call-up Wednesday. Fuentes, who played briefly for San Diego in 2013, was off to an 8-for-18 start for Triple-A Omaha.
