In Himachal Pradesh's Una to inaugurate a school on April 11, Irani made an unscheduled detour to Palampur where she went hang-gliding before joining accompanying family members for a meal at a small roadside caf in Dharamkot. Officials in Kangra, of course, had no idea that a minister was in the air.
