Establishment of JC is unconstitutional: Fazlur Rehman
Ayaz Sadiq's ruling over the matter of PTI members' resignations is unlawful, says JUI-F chief
MARDAN (Dunya News) – Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Fazlur Rehman on Friday has said that the ruling of the National Assembly (NA) Speaker over the resignations submitted by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members is unconstitutional. He said that the establishment of judicial commission (JC) is controversial.
He expressed these views while talking to the media in Mardan.
He said that the Constitution of Pakistan does not allow the establishment of the JC. Rehman said that NA Speaker Ayaz Sadiq’s ruling over the matter of PTI members’ resignations is unlawful.
