Real life journalists play their own selves in reel life in 'JD'

We have seen many Bollywood actors like Soha Ali Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Tusshar Kapoor and Rani Mukerji playing journalists on the big screen. This time we are going to see something different which we have never seen before - a real journalist in reel life.
Bollywood director and producer Shailendra Pandey has invited some of the editors, reporters, video journalists and photographers to be the part of his most awaited movie JD, based on the life of a journalist.After completing the shooting in Lucknow, Shailendra Pandey is now planning to shoot in Mumbai and is looking for a real journalist to be a part of his film.

Shailendra Pandey said, “A very interesting thing about the movie is that we have invited a real photo journalist, reporter and editors of different organizations to be a part of the film. The film is based on the life and hardships faced by journalists. It is an outright entertainer and heavy on concept”.
