Driving away the blues with yoga

APSRTC is conducting yoga class in Srikakulam depots

Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) which is keen to make its employees healthier has been organising yoga classes under the supervision of yoga experts. With the suggestion from APSRTC Managing Director N. Sambasiva Rao, the officials of the corporation have been conducting yoga classes for the last one month for its employees in five depots of Srikakulam district.

On the invitation from the corporation, Srikakulam Patanjali Yoga Kendram head M.V.Ramarao is teaching yoga, healthy food habits and relaxation techniques. Srikakulam APSRTC Deputy Chief Traffic Manager G.Satyanarayana, Srikakulam Depot Manager M.Mukanda Rao told The Hindu that the response from employees was quite encouraging from the staff of all departments.
