As many as 1,60,300 candidates are expected to appear for the Kerala Engineering, Agriculture, Medical Entrance Examinations (KEAM)-2015 which will be held in 360 centres in the country and abroad.
The engineering entrance examination will be held on April 20 and 21 and the medical entrance on April 22 and 23. On all days, the tests will be held from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. While 1,27,500 candidates will appear for the engineering examination, 1,15,200 candidates will appear for the medical entrance examination.
On examination days, candidates should report at the venue with the admit card at 9.30 a.m. Candidates would be allowed to have with them a blue-ink or black-ink ballpoint pen, clip board, and admit card. They would not be allowed to have anything else with them inside the examination hall. This year, the OMR answer sheet would not have the ‘version code’ on it. The candidate should copy the version code given on the question booklet on to the answer sheet. Paper one of the engineering/ medical examination would have four versions: A-1, A-2, A-3 and A-4.
The second paper would be coded B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4. Detailed instructions for this have been given on the websitewww.cee-kerala.org. The instructions have also been e-mailed to candidates.
The barcode affixed on the answer sheets should not be tampered with in any manner, a press note issued here said.
