Nitin Gawde's upcoming movie 'What About Savarkar' is capable of arousing the emotion that the millennial bollywood movie 'Rang De Basanti' stirred almost a decade back, according to a website.
"The film deals with the problem of current generation, their anger towards system and an attempt to
change this system, the dilemma of good and evil," as reported by marathistars.com.
Nagpur's theatre artist Shrikant Bhide is playing the lead in the movie as Abhiman Marathe.
The film revolves around this youth who is offended by a politician insulting Savarkar and then deals with his struggle against such ideologies.
The film has been produced by Rohit Shetty and Atul Parab and also stars Sharad Ponkshe, Vivek Lagoo, Avinash Narkar, Atul Todankar and Sara Shravan in important roles. It sis set to hit the screens on April 17.
