“The Rs 125 crore includes the cost of land. We have some properties in Bengaluru and Palakkad, Kerala. The project is poised for a partial opening by early next year and will be complete by 2017,” managing director PR Bansal told ET. The resort will charge tariffs of about Rs 16,000 per night, he added.
