SEAIR ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH RENEWABLE FLUID SERVICES

Seair Inc. has executed a formal strategic partnership after a two-year development process with Renewable Fluid Services, a process and product development company based in the United States. Seair will provide its proprietary gaseous diffusion technology to RFS for use in its oil recovery process. The geography for this exclusive alliance is the Middle East, where RFS has an exclusive marketing partnership with AlMansoori Specialized Engineering, the leading provider of oil field services in the Middle East, and operates in 24 countries.

"Seair is very pleased to engage in this partnership with RFS and AlMansoori Specialized Engineering. The combined strength of Seair's technology, RFS's engineering capability and Almansoori's market access will position our consortium to capture a significant portion of the spend for oil recovery from produced water in that important region," said Jeff Seibert, chief executive officer of Seair.

The oil producers in the Middle East are expected to spend approximately $3-billion for produced water treatment over the next five years. Currently, over 60 per cent goes to deep well disposal, which is a key target for this product. The marketing and availability of the product are anticipated for summer 2015.
