VADODARA:
M S University's Baroda Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya has invited research papers for the annual issue of 'Surabharti' – the Sanskrit research journal published by the Mahavidyalaya.
The last date for submission of research papers for the annual issue for the year 2015-16 is April 30.
With a view to enrich and enhance the research activities in the field of traditional Sanskrit and ancient literature, Baroda Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya had created a platform for young scholars to exhibit their research through the yearly research journal.
This journal covers all the aspects of indology, traditional Sanskrit, modern studies as well as ancient studies and integrates literary and critical essays, various aspects of oriental studies and 'shastras'.
The most interesting fact about this journal is its medium which is Sanskrit.
"This journal has proved to be the bridge between the teachers and researchers to share their research, ideas, views and interpretations of ancient literature and language during the modern times," a release issued by MSU's communication cell mentions.
"The annual issue of the journal will be of interest to all the students and teachers who are planning for research and further exploration in Sanskrit studies, classical, vedic, modern literature and ancient sciences of the country," the release further states.
