WME-IMG has acquired Artist Voice, Australia’s leading music booking agency.

This acquisition strengthens WME-IMG’s presence in the Asian-Pacific market, as Artist Voice books acts for tours and appearances in Australia and Asia through its offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Hong Kong.

Artist Voice was founded in 2010 by Brett Murrihy and Matt Gudinski. Murrihy will join WME-IMG as Head of Asia Pacific for Music and report to Head of Music, Marc Geiger.

“We have admired what Brett has built at Artist Voice, and are incredibly excited to welcome him and his team to WME-IMG,” Geiger said in a statement. “We share the same passion for our artists and entrepreneurial approach to business that made this partnership a natural fit. This addition will help us continue to elevate the level of service we are committed to providing our clients around the world.”

The booking agency has worked with 5 Seconds of Summer, Chvrches, Kimbra, Tegan and Sara, The Temper Trap and many more.
