Rudravaram police arrested YSR Congress leader and Chagalamarri mandal president Kondampalli Mastan Vali (40) near Sirivella Metta in connection with a case registered in Rudravaram police station and seized his Innova car, his credit cards and his personal diary on Monday. Mastan Vali, who served imprisonment for three months, on being detained under the Preventive Detention Act, continued to smuggle red sanders after release from prison, Kurnool Superintendent of Police A.
