Hitachi Zosen Corporation has acquired 28.0% of the shares of Nippon Pusnes Co., Ltd. (Shimonoseki-shi, Yamaguchi; President Kenji Ebihara), a group company engaged in the design, manufacture, sales, and after-sales service of deck machinery for ships and equipment for marine structures. The 28.0% acquired represents all shares owned by Akastor AS (Norway).
