Our Lady Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Maduravoyal celebrated its K.G. Graduation last month at the Our Lady Auditorium and several awards were given.
P. Josephin Rosy Madhan, Chairperson, Madha Group of Academic Institutions presided over the function and the first graduation ceremony was inaugurated by Shanthi Sukumar, Director, Madha Group of Schools. The chief guest, Sivaa Tamilmani, Deputy Director (Retd.), Elementary Education, said that co-operation between parents and teachers was necessary for holistic development of students. Principal of the school B. Karpagam presented the annual report and awards for best parent, best care, good manners and caring and sharing among others were given to parents and students. There were performances by the young students on themes such as ‘preventing cruelty to animals’.
