    Khap leaders join PM Narendra Modi's 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' campaign

    A separate campaign to boost the scheme (at village level) will start kick-start on April 18 from Bhiwani in the presence of members of the Mahasabha.

    JIND: Akhil Bharatiya Jaat Mahasabha (ABJM) and Khap panchayats today vowed to strengthen Prime Minister Narendra Modi's ambitious "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao" campaign and said they will work at village level to give a boost to the scheme.
    A separate campaign to boost the scheme (at village level) will start kick-start on April 18 from Bhiwani in the presence of members of the Mahasabha, Khap panchayats and students from all over the state, said state president of ABJM Omprakash Maan.

    After that "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao" scheme along with another 'anti-drinking' drive will be run on village level. This totally in the favour of our country, the leader said during a meeting at Jaat Dharamshala here.

    Maan, lauding the PM's initiative said, recently Modi had a meeting with leaders of Jaat mahasabha and Khap panchayats in New Delhi where he requested the leaders to help him strengthening his campaign.
