Sun Pharma Advanced Research Co (SPARC) will replace ING Vysya Bank in the S&P BSE 200 index from April 16, the BSE said in a circular on Thursday. Balkrishna Industries will replace ING Vysya Bank in the BSE S&P 500 index. This follows the merger of ING Vysya Bank with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Shares of SPARC edged down 4 per cent at ₹493.75 on the NSE while that of Balkrishna Ind moved up 2.4 per cent at ₹699.45. Shares of ING Vysya Bank, which will not be available for trading from April 16, gained 4 per cent at ₹1,024.85.
