LHC dismisses mercy plea of death row convict
The accused was involved in a murder case of Ali Sher.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday has dismissed a mercy plea of death row convict Mohammad Azaz aka Javaid, Dunya News reported.
As per details, Justice Syed Muzahir Ali heard the case in which the accused pleaded innocence in the case by denying all the allegations made on him. The apex court after hearing the arguments disposed of the petition.
Earlier, the criminal was sentenced to death four times by Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in a kidnapping and murder case of Ali Sher. The suspect claimed 20lac as ransom money from the parents of the minor.
