Sindh matric exams hit by cheating, mismanagement

Board administration and vigilance teams were as usual absent from the scene.

LARKANA/MIRPURKHAS (Dunya News) – Cheating in the ongoing matriculation exams in Sindh has literally scaled new heights as shocking visuals of large-scale copying by students emerged at different examination centres where relatives were busy in helping the candidates by providing them solved papers for just Rs100 through peons and police officers, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.

Despite the imposition of section-144 in the province, the administration has failed to halt cheating and mismanagement at the centers in various cities of Sindh.

As per details, board administration and vigilance teams were as usual absent from the scene.

Meanwhile, the ‘booti mafia’ has also stepped up as the exams of matric kicked off in Mirpurkhas Mathelo leaking the paper of ninth grade with the connivance of staff.
