SHO transferred over murder case

PANCHKULA: Two days after the recovery of a body under mysterious circumstances and allegations of police apathy leveled by relatives of the deceased, SHO, police station Pinjore, inspector Satish Kumar was transferred on Friday. Preliminary postmortem examination report indicated that the body had head injuries and signs of asphyxia, which indicated murder.Police said prima facie findings of postmortem report strengthen allegations of relatives of the deceased, Sachin Kochhar, 42, who said he was murdered due to some rivalry.
