AIPMT 2015

The All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) is slated to be held on May 3. This exam is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education for candidates willing to take admissions to Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programmes under 15 per cent merit of all India quota seats in government medical/dental colleges all over India except the States of Andhra Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir for the academic session 2015-16.

The admit cards for the exam scheduled for May 3, have been published, online. In order to fetch the hall tickets/admit cards; the candidates can follow the steps listed here:

Go to the official website;

Click on the link 'Admit cards 2015';

Insert the required information, such as the roll number/registration number/date of birth/password etc;

Click on submit. The admit cards will be displayed on the monitor screens an can be downloaded from there.

It is a mandatory for the candidates to carry the admit cards with them, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the exam. The admit cards will carry the candidate's roll number, name, father's name, category, sub-category, photograph, signature, date of birth, language of question paper with name and address of AIPMT - 2015 examination centre allotted.

The exam will consist of one paper containing 180 objective type questions (four options with single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology). The exam will be held for a duration of three hours. The candidates can opt for question paper either in English or in Hindi. The AIPMT results are likely to be declared on June 5.
