Seven Munster youngsters in Ireland U-19 squad

PBC scrum-half John Poland is in the Ireland U-19 squad

Seven Munster-based players have been selected in the Ireland U-19 squad for this week's double-header against France at FFR headquarters in Marcoussis.

Young Munster duo Ben Betts (prop) and David O'Mahony (utility back) are included along with Cork Con pair Vincent O'Brien (hooker) and Joe White (full-back/winger).

UCC centre Paul Kiernan is in the 26-man squad and schools from Limerick and Cork are also represented through Rockwell College captain Seán O'Connor (lock) and PBC captain John Poland (scrum-half).

The squad is coached by Munster Rugby's Elite Player development Manager Peter Malone (Head Coach) and Kieran Campbell (Assistant Coach) and managed by Barney McGonigle.
