McLeod Russel India Ltd has informed stock exchanges that Aditya Khaitan has been re-designated as the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of the company.
It also said that Amritanshu Khaitan has been appointed as an additional Non-Executive Director while Padam Kumar Khaitan has been appointed as an independent Director.
