The handset will officially go on sale on March 30, 2015 starting 2 PM IST for registered buyers. The Honor 4X has been priced in India at Rs 10,499.

The company has also informed that it would select winners from those who pre-order through hihonor.in and offer them a limited edition bundle along with the phone at only Rs 1. The bundle would include a 3000mAh power bank, premium engine headphone and a back cover for the device.

The Honor 4X is a pretty well-equipped device at its price bracket. We found the device to be a pretty neat 'value for money' offering, with its centre of attraction being the cameras, that quite put simply are one of the best we have seen in this range.

The Honor 4X should give some stiff competition to the likes of the Yu Yureka and the Redmi Note 4G if you're looking for a well-rounded 'camera' smartphone at dirt cheap price.

The Honor 4X features a 5-inch 720p display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 CPU coupled with Adreno 306 GPU and 2GB RAM. The dual-SIM device runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box with the company's proprietary Emotion 3.0 UI on top. It supports 4G LTE on both SIMs.

It sports a 13MP rear camera with autofocus and HDR along with LED flash. There is also a 5MP front-facing camera on board the device. It decks in a 3,000mAh battery that is also quite the bang for the buck.
