Sonic Corp. (SONC) Pulled Back From The Highs Despite Q2 Earnings Beat

Sonic Corp. (SONC) reported second quarter adjusted EPS of $0.13 after the bell Tuesday, up from $0.07 in the previous year. Analysts expected EPS of $0.12.

Sonic declined during the first 2 hours of trade Wednesday and slipped further going into the close. The stock finished with a loss of 4.53 at $32.13 on the highest volume of the year. Sonic pulled back sharply from the highs of the year and set a 2-week low.
