JAMMU, Mar 25: Natrang Jammu is going to celebrate the ‘World Theatre Day’ which falls on March 27, in a big way featuring five plays during five-day ‘Natrang Theatre Festival’.
This was disclosed here today by Natrang director Balwant Thakur in a press briefing which was held at Natrang Studio Theatre, Jammu.
Elaborating on the event, Balwant Thakur informed that five-day ‘Natrang Theatre Festival’ will commence on March 27 with the play ‘Apne Hi Putle’ under the direction of Neeraj Kant at Natrang Studio Theatre while Hilarious comedy ‘Entertainment Unlimited’ will feature on March 28 under the direction of Anil Tickoo.
“On March 29, Sumeet Sharma directed play ‘Hawa Hawai’ will be staged. A new play ‘Man who married a dumb wife’ will be staged on March 30 and the festival will conclude on March 31 with the Dogri play ‘Gatte-Ch Maanu’, he added.
Balwant Thakur appealed all the lovers of theatre and culture to join Natrang in these celebrations and invited them to witness Natrang plays every evening at 5 pm at Natrang Studio Theatre from March 27.
