The Egyptian actresses were busy filming a new TV drama each, when the happy news broke out.
Naturally, the sisters requested a few days off to relax and celebrate the news with their hubbies and family.
Ruby secretly married director Sameh Abdel Aziz in 2014. The secret came out when she was spotted wearing a wedding band at her sister Maryhanne's wedding last August.
The babies will be both Ruby and Maryhanne's her first born children.
