Alia Bhatt’s sister Shaheen Bhatt is going to be the co-writer on Vikram Bhatt’s directorial venture 'Dhadkan 2'.
Shaheen is known to have a writing streak and has contributed in terms of scenes once in a while in her father Mahesh Bhatt and uncle Robin Bhatt's films in the past. Shaheen has written a few scenes for 'Zeher' and 'Jism 2', but it's not really known outside that she is a very promising writer. But with 'Dhadkan 2' she will be a co-writer on the film with Vikram Bhatt.

Vikram said, "Shaheen assisted me on 'Raaz 3' and I knew that she had a very good flair for structure and story. She has also written with bhattsaab and assisted Robin Bhatt too I I think."
Speaking about working with her on 'Dhadkan 2', Vikram added, "When I was looking for a fresh talent and a fresh perspective to young romance I asked her to write 'Dhadkan 2'. When she started writing the scenes I knew I was right. She is immensely talented and I am certain will direct a film too someday."
Though currently Shaheen is writing for Vishesh Films, she may in the future write a film that has her sister Alia in it. Interestingly, like Alia even Shaheen is good singer.
