TOKYO -- Japan Post Group is likely to be Japan's biggest employer for fiscal 2016, with plans to hire about 6,500 new graduates to bolster its short-handed distribution business.
About 5,000 of the hires will take positions that do not require transfers to other regions, which will help boost employment outside of large metropolitan areas.
