Seamec announced that the company has acquired a vessel by name ''REVELATION'' having Belize flag at a price of USD 2.6 million. The vessel was taken over on Mar. 19, 2015 at Singapore.

Further, the following the acquisition, the company has entered into Bareboat Charter for deployment of the vessel for a period of 90 days with an option for extension for working in Malaysia Offshore.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.55, or 4.08%, to trade at Rs 90.60. The total volume of shares traded was 21,877 at the BSE (1.53 p.m., Tuesday).
