KLU felicitates Jyothi Surekha

Koneru Lakshmaiah University (KLU) management on Monday felicitated international archer Vennam Jyothi Surekha for winning gold and two silver medals in the 1{+s}{+t}Asia Cup (Stage II) archery championship that concluded in Bangkok recently. Jyothi Surekha, a second year CSE student of the university, is a regular member of the Indian women compound team and has won many medals including a bronze at the Incheon Asian Games in the compound women team event for the country. “In the two years her stay in the university, Jyothi has won nine international medals. We are offering her not only financial aid, we have waived her fees too,” said KLU president Koneru Satyanarayana.
