Quick Heal's marketing head Amit Tyagi quits; Meera Raman takes over

Tyagi had joined the company in October 2014. Raman joins the company from Tally Solutions.

Amit Satish Tyagi, head - marketing at IT security solutions company Quick Heal, has quit. He has been replaced by Meera Raman who has joined the company from Tally Solutions.

Tyagi had joined Quick Heal in October 2014. He was based in Pune and was responsible for leading the growth of the company in the domestic and international markets (partner, direct and retail), across its consumer, mobile and enterprise business security products.

Tyagi, who quit the company due to personal commitments, has relocated to Bengaluru. He is yet to decide on his next move.

He has over 19 years of experience in the areas of online marketing, sales, business development and multiple sales channel integration. During the course of his career, he gathered international work experience having worked in countries such as USA, EMEA, Malaysia and Singapore.

He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi. Tyagi also holds a Masters Degree in Business Management from IMT, Ghaziabad.

Raman, meanwhile, is a marketing professional with over 17 years of experience, panning corporate and product marketing, integrated marketing communication, digital marketing and brand promotions. Prior to joining Tally Solutions, she has worked with Pinstorm, IMC Terminus, Microsoft Corporation, EXL Marketing Solutions and Candid Marketing Services. She holds a degree in Advances in Business-to-Business Marketing from IIM, Bangalore.
