Sometimes, I had to report in the morning and sometimes, at night.
On one occasion, I returned home early morning, so, I set the alarm for 6.30 in the evening and dozed off. However, I didn’t realise that I had mistakenly put an alarm for 6.30 am instead. As the alarm went off, I woke up and hurriedly entered the washroom to freshen up. I mistook the early morning sunlight for the evening light. I shaved, bathed and got ready to head out when my wife Natasha, who was getting our son ready for school, looked at me and said, ‘Didn’t you return home just a couple of hours back? Where are you going so early?’ That’s when I realised the actual time and was just too embarrassed!
