Fulham have been charged by the FA for failing to control their players in the 3-0 defeat to Leeds last Wednesday.

The charge relates to the response of some of the Fulham players to the red card shown by referee Chris Kavanagh to Konstantinos Stafylidis after 51 minutes.

Having just been booked for dissent, the Greek defender barely let play resume before bringing down Sam Byram on the touchline on a night to forget for the Cottagers.

A statement on the FA website read: "Fulham FC have been charged by The FA for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from aggressive behaviour.

"The allegation relates to an incident which occurred in or around the 51st minute of their fixture against Leeds United FC on 18 March 2015.

"Fulham have until March 25 to respond to the charge."
