Luxembourg's unemployment rate held steady for the third straight month in February, data from the statistical office STATEC showed Monday.
The seasonally adjusted jobless rate came in at 7.0 percent in February, the same rate as in the previous three months. A year earlier, the rate was 7.1 percent.
The unemployment rate was the lowest since August 2013, when it was 6.9 percent.
The number of unemployed people increased to 18,123 in February from 18,113 in the preceding month. In the same month of the previous year, the jobless totaled 18,126.
On an unadjsuted basis, the number of registered unemployed persons decreased by 0.3 percent to 19,099 in February from 19,468 in January.
