Dileep to act in Thambichan in Thailand

Director Saji Surendran and Janapriyanayakan Dileep are all set to team up for the first time for an out- and-out entertainer titled Thambichan in Thailand. Like Saji's previous outings, this movie is also scripted by Krishna Poojappura.
Its scribe says, “When we discussed the story with Dileep, he was quite impressed and gave his nod to be a part of the project.Apart from Dileep, no other cast and crew have been decided yet.” It will be a full-length comedy movie, which narrates a string of incidents that happen in the life of a filthy rich man, Thambichan. “Dileep plays the title character of Thambichan, a bachelor from a village in Thodupuzha. He can be called the uncrowned prince, who is loved by one and all. However, the villagers don’t want him to get married as they fear that Thambichan will desert them if a woman enters his life. His journey to Thailand forms the plot,” says Krishna.
Dileep’s next comic caper, Ivan Maryadaraman, which is the remake of Telugu film Maryada Ramanna, is all set to hit the screens soon.a
