MCC zonal offices to receive applications for violations in MUDA areas

The applications for regularisation of unauthorised constructions and developments and violations of land use falling in areas under the jurisdiction of Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) will also be received in the zonal office of Mysuru City Corporation (MCC).

Disclosing this to The Hindu , MUDA Chairman K.R. Mohan Kumar said persons seeking regularisation will have to submit the applications to the MCC zonal offices. “The MCC will collect applications and send the same to MUDA, which will later carry out inspection on the basis of the applications,” he said.

Chairman of the MCC’s Standing Committee on Planning and Development Shivakumar said the matter relating had been discussed with the MCC Commissioner.

“The MCC zonal office nearest to the MUDA area, where regularisation has been sought, will receive the application,” he added.
