A power outage has forced the Fort Bend ISD to cancel classes Monday at Willowridge High School.
The school at 16301 Chimney Rock has been without power since Saturday night because of an electrical short circuit in the main transformer, district officials said. Workers are on site trying to restore power.
Families will be alerted on Monday whether the problem has been resolved so that classes can resume Tuesday.

Willowridge High is the only campus affected. Classes will be held at all other campuses.
