Honda Bulldog Concept

Honda says the Bulldog was developed with the concept “Lovable Touring Partner,” and was designed to go beyond the boundaries of conventional leisure motorcycles, to actively enjoy outdoor life.

The Bulldog gets 15-inch wide-tires, and a low center-of-gravity with a low, 730mm seat height. That means it’s low enough for almost anyone to plant both feet firmly on the ground, and that should make it attractive to new riders as well.

The Bulldog is powered by a liquid-cooled 4-stroke DOHC inline 2-cylinder 400cc engine which is powerful, yet has easy to handle output characteristics. There’s a small carrier, suitable for camping-touring and racks are also installed above the headlamp. And there’s storage on the sides of the tank too, which Honda says, acts as a styling accent.

It certainly looks rugged, and a bit boxy to us. Lovable touring partner? Well, let’s just say that is subjective. For now, the Bulldog is just a concept, but if it does see production, it could certainly find some takers.
