Rinkie discharged in case filed by Anita Advani

The Bombay high court on Thursday discharged Rinkie Khanna, daughter of Dimple Kapadia and Rajesh Khanna, from a domestic violence complaint filed against her by her father's alleged livein partner Anita Advani.
Advani's 2013 complaint was against Dimple, her daughters and son-in-law Akshay Kumar, Twinkle's husband.

Advani's grouse was that she was entitled to maintenance too and had been wrongly removed from Khanna's bungalow Aashirwad after his death.She wanted the flat in Bandra too since she said it was she who shared the house with the late actor for years before his death and not his widow who was estranged.Rinkie's lawyer said she has nothing to do with it as she lives in Kolkata with her husband. The HC will hear pleas by Dimple, Twinkle and Akshay on April 8.
