The family members were in shock after hearing about the death of the 36-year-old IAS officer.

Rukmini, on of the members of the family was granted old age pension of Rs. 500 and a sewing machine, thanks to the initiative of Mr. Ravi. The administration had also assured the family of a new house as the present one will be demolished any time for road widening.
