MUMBAI -- India's largest private-sector power producer, Tata Power Company, has fully commissioned its 126 MW hydropower plant at Dagachhu in Bhutan, as part of its commitment to add 450 MW of hydroelectric energy to its portfolio in 2015.

The energy arm of Indian conglomerate Tata Group commissioned the 63-MW second unit of the Dagachhu Hydro Power Corporation project on March 15. The first unit of similar capacity was commissioned earlier this month.
