BHUBANESWAR: A gang of ruffians allegedly stalked actor Abhipsa Bhanja, forcibly opened a door of the car she was travelling in along with her colleague Chinmay Mishra and misbehaved with them at Mausima Square here late on Monday.
The actor duo lodged a complaint at Lingaraj police station on Tuesday.
"I never imagined travelling at night in the city could be so unsafe," said Abhipsa.

Chinmay said the incident occurred around 11.45pm when they were returning home from a shoot at Khandagiri. "Three persons on a motorcycle started chasing us from Sishu Bhawan Square," he said.
The car was to drop Abhipsa at Lewis Road and Chinmay at Kharavela Nagar.
"The windowpanes were down. The youths passed vulgar comments and asked us to stop. Suddenly, we found four others on two motorcycles trailing us," he said.

As the driver tried to speed away, one motorcycle overtook our car and stopped blocking the vehicle, said Abhipsa.
"They were drunk. I panicked as the outlaws tried to come close to me after opening the door," she said, adding, "We somehow managed to escape and drove towards Ravi Talkies."
Police said they would examine footages of the CCTV installed at Sishu Bhawan.
