Tibetan parliament in exile begins budget session

DHARAMSHALA: The budget session of the Tibetan Parliament in exile, which began on Monday with the presentation of estimate budget for the financial year 2015-2016, on Tuesday unanimously passed a resolution to express deep gratitude to Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama for his tireless efforts for the promotion of human values. The motion was moved by Tibetan Parliamentarian Gang Lhamo.
