Krishna Ajai Rao is now Smile Krishna?

Krishna Ajai Rao and Mayuri play the title roles in Shashank’s Krishan Leela. That is something that everyone knows, but here’ something that one might not. Ajai’s character in the movie is called ‘Smile Krishna’ and Mayuri’s is called ‘Flower Leela’.
When asked for the reason behind these monikers, director Shashank explains, “Ajai character is that of a school-van driver from a lower middle class family.He is the only earning member in the family and faces many economic problems. But despite this, he is always seen as smiling. He is a happy-go-lucky guy who faces his problems with smile, which is why his friends call him Smile Krishna.”
The director adds, “Mayuri’s character is called Flower Leela, not because she sells flowers, but because she always wears dresses with flower designs on them.”
