Ms. Hedy Linette Ranieri VP and Chief Claims Officer Berkley Life Sciences is speaking on the topic “LITIGATION MANAGEMENT - The 2015 CLM National Litigation Management Study - Highlights and Observations.” The annual conference will be held in Palm Desert California March 25-27 The CLM Annual Conference is the premier annual event for professionals in the claims and litigation management industries.
Linette Ranieri has 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. Prior to joining Berkley Life Sciences Ms. Ranieri held positions with several insurance carriers including Chubb where she managed a team of Life Science Examiners. Ms. Ranieri also has held positions with Aetna Casualty & Surety Hanover Insurance Company and most recently as a Director with Everest National Insurance Company. At Everest Ms. Ranieri managed Medical Malpractice and Environmental Program claims on a national basis. Her diverse experience includes supervising and managing complex commercial toxic tort environmental asbestos property casualty employment practices directors and officers personal lines and automobile claims. Ms. Ranieri is a member of the American Society of Law Medicine & Ethics; Defense Research Institute; and the Counsel on Litigation Management. She is a graduate of East Carolina University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health.
