CAx Virtualization in the Private Cloud
In its second topical focus at the HMI, CENIT will demonstrate the opportunities and efficiency benefits that enterprises can gain from virtualization. The virtual-ization concept as presented by CENIT accords special significance to matters of security. The bottom line: Sensitive business data stays protected within the home network, while virtualization can be exploited to achieve synergy effects such as increased efficiency of use, lower network load and client-independent availability of the application. Thus the presentation will focus on solutions as-sociated with the private cloud.
At CENIT's expo booth, our partner company encad consulting will showcase virtual provisioning of 3D graphics using HDX technology by Citrix. Live demos will offer visitors a first-hand impression of the performance levels of the solu-tions and indicate concrete fields of application and results.
3DEXPERIENCE in the Cloud
3DEXPERIENCE in the Cloud: An approach that unites the cloud concept with the top performance capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform by Dassault Systèmes. As partner of Dassault Systèmes, CENIT will use the HANNOVER MESSE as an opportunity to present 3DEXPERIENCE Release R2015x "in the cloud". This requires a departure from the private cloud, because the data is stored on an external server beyond the company's own network. Benefits for business accrue particularly from increased operational efficiency, because access to data and collaboration are possible even without logging on to the company network. There is no need to install own servers, meaning that the company profits from reduced hardware and administration costs - without having to compromise in terms of data security.
