A Toronto jury will meet again today to try and decide the fate of two men charged with a number of terrorism-related offences.
They jury failed to reach a verdict on the fourth day of deliberations Saturday.
The two men are accused of plotting to derail a Via Rail train headed from New York to Toronto.
One of the men isn’t taking part in the trial, saying he wanted to be judged by the rules of the Qur’an instead of the Criminal Code.
