Case against teacher for ‘misbehaviour’

A criminal case has been registered against Hemanth Kumar, a teacher in a private school in Vanasthalipuram.

The parents of an eighth standard girl student alleged that Hemanth Kumar misbehaved with her on the school premises.

“The teacher allegedly misbehaved with the girl on the school premises. The case is being probed,” the Vanasthalipuram ACP, Bhaskar, said on Saturday.

history-sheeter arrested

Hyderabad City Police on Saturday arrested two persons, K. Devender, a chain snatcher from Saroornagar and Mohd. Parvez, a history-sheeter from the old city and invoked the PD Act against them.

Wine shop sealed

The Prohibition and Excise officials on Saturday sealed Trishul Wines in Bhoiguda of Secunderabad.

The officials found around 50 bottles of spurious Blender’s Pride whiskey in the liquor shop.
